This study aims to analyze the relationship between inhibition and working memory in women leaders who are victims of intimate partner violence. A non-experimental, quantitative, correlational, and cross-sectional design was used. The study included 30 women affiliated with the Corporación Mujer Denuncia y Muévete, selected through convenience sampling. The inclusion criteria were being over 18 years old, having experienced intimate partner violence, and holding leadership roles. The results indicate that participants show significantly lower levels in both cognitive functions compared to the normative values of the neuropsychological tests administered. Additionally, a significant positive correlation was found between inhibition and working memory. These findings highlight the need for neuropsychological interventions aimed at strengthening these functions in women exposed to violence, as well as the importance of considering their impact on the performance and well-being of women in leadership roles.
