| dc.description | Nowadays there are new and diverse challenges for social education in the Community of Madrid. One of these challenges will be to address the migratory phenomenon, its consequences and the impact it produces on the social structure of the region. Through this Final Degree Project, it is intended to analyze the migratory phenomenon as a challenge for social education. In order to achieve the set objectives for the work, a bibliographic review has been used, obtaining results from various studies that have been collected by other researchers, being able to recognise and analyze concepts and different models that bring us closer to the comprehension of the migratory phenomenon and to the importance of social education to deal with it. To conclude, it is stated that the migratory phenomenon is a challenge for social education in the Community of Madrid. Therefore, social educators through the intercultural approach will be in charge of accompanying the autochthonous Spanish and immigrant population in the learning process in the face of cultural diversity, promoting the inclusion of the latter. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad existen nuevos y diversos desafíos para la educación social en la Comunidad de Madrid. Uno de estos retos será abordar el fenómeno migratorio, sus consecuencias y el impacto que produce en la estructura social de la región. Mediante este Trabajo Fin de Grado, se pretende analizar el fenómeno migratorio como un desafío para la educación social. Con el fin de conseguir los objetivos planteados para el trabajo, se ha utilizado una revisión bibliográfica, obteniendo resultados de diversos estudios que han recogido otros investigadores, pudiendo conocer y analizar conceptos y diferentes modelos que nos aproximen a la comprensión del fenómeno migratorio y la importancia de la educación social para hacerle frente. Tras finalizar el análisis, se afirma que el fenómeno migratorio es un desafío para la educación social en la Comunidad de Madrid. Por lo tanto, los educadores sociales mediante el enfoque intercultural serán los encargados de acompañar en el proceso de aprendizaje ante la diversidad cultural a la población autóctona española e inmigrante, promoviendo la inclusión de estos últimos. | es_ES |
