| dc.description | The present work has as main objective the realization of a comprehensive management plan for a newly created center, the "Pilar Montaner" C.E.I.P . For this, a SWOT analysis has been created in order to define the possible weaknesses, threats, strengths and opportunities of the new center. Taking into account the above perspective, three specific objectives have been proposed: to project an institutional image of the educational center oriented towards comprehensive education, to disseminate project-based learning as the main pedagogical strategy of the educational center, and to design the teachers recruitment processes. Related to this, different procedures and actions have been prepared to be able to carry them out, as well as a schedule with the timing of each of them and the human resources necessary for their achievement. To achieve these objectives, all the resources provided by UNIR have been used, as well as additional documentation that can be consulted in the section dedicated to the bibliography. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal la realización de un plan integral de dirección para un centro de nueva creación, el C.E.I.P “Pilar Montaner”. Para esto se ha realizado un análisis DAFO para poder definir las posibles debilidades, amenazas, fortalezas y oportunidades del nuevo centro. A partir de ahí se han propuesto tres objetivos específicos: proyectar una imagen institucional del centro educativo orientada a la educación integral, diseminar el aprendizaje basado en proyectos como estrategia pedagógica principal del centro educativo y diseñar los procesos de contratación del profesorado. Teniendo esto en cuenta, se han elaborado distintos procedimientos y actuaciones para poder llevarlos a cabo, así como un cronograma con la temporalización de cada uno de ellos y los recursos humanos necesarios para su consecución. Para la consecución de dichos objetivos se han utilizado todos los recursos proporcionados por la UNIR, así como documentación adicional que podrá ser consultada en el apartado destinado a la bibliografía. | es_ES |
