masterThesisResumen:
The jurisprudential developments of the Colombian Constitutional Court constitute a
narrative turn in the consolidation of constitutional rights and guarantees in favor of the
members of the LGBTI community, among which the right to free development of the
personality stands out, from whose recognition derives their being recognized the possibility
of being a family and adopting. In the life of homosexual couples, a complex situation is
created, since they are recognized in the Colombian constitutional sphere of rights that are
denied them in the canonical sphere. The possibility of finding channels of dialogue between
the Catholic faithful who seek that recognition in the ecclesial sphere with the canonists and
pastoral agents is raised. This path would be favored by the acceptance of the reality
criterion of the Incarnate Word, which calls for a narrative approach and the application of
the principles of the Apostolic Exhortation Evangelii Gaudium (EG), 222 et seq.
