| dc.description | The balanced scorecard is a strategic management tool. This instrument allows us to synthesize the content of the vision and strategy of the organization. Once this content has been synthesized, it allows the development of specific objectives and control indicators. In turn, this tool facilitates the control and analysis of the evolution of processes and operations, in addition, it allows to align the strategic objectives with the different perspectives (Financial, clients, internal processes, learning and growth). This project is based on adapting the balanced scorecard of the Canarias Brewery Company (hereinafter CCC) to current market conditions. | dc.description.abstract | El cuadro de mando integral es una herramienta de gestión estratégica. Dicho instrumento nos permite sintetizar el contenido de la visión y estrategia de la organización. Una vez sintetizado ese contenido, permite la elaboración de objetivos concretos e indicadores de control. A su vez, dicha herramienta facilita el control y análisis sobre la evolución de los procesos y operaciones, además, permite alienar los objetivos estratégicos con las diferentes perspectivas (Financiera, clientes, procesos internos, aprendizaje y crecimiento). Este proyecto se basa en la adaptación del cuadro de mando integral de la organización empresarial Compañía cervecera de Canarias (en adelante CCC) a las condiciones actuales del mercado.
