Resumen:
El presente Plan de Negocio tiene como objetivo analizar la viabilidad económica de crear un
aplicativo en Perú. Este servirá para que alumnos y padres de familia con hijos en el colegio o
la universidad puedan realizar búsquedas de profesores y contactar con ellos para recibir
clases de refuerzo en diversas asignaturas de manera rápida y sencilla.
La propuesta de valor de este proyecto recae en dos públicos objetivos: los profesores que
podrán ofertar su servicio en el aplicativo y los alumnos o sus padres que podrán buscar los
docentes que más se adecúen a su necesidad de aprendizaje.
El nombre de aplicativo será “Ticheame”. Este nombre se toma de la frase en inglés “Teach
me” que significa enséñame. Con ello, se busca lograr una fácil recordación y posicionamiento
de la marca por la relación que guarda este nombre con el núcleo del negocio.
Se van a exponer en este trabajo académico cómo los factores del entorno general afectan
directamente al desarrollo del proyecto. Se analizará, en efecto, como la inestabilidad política
y la incertidumbre económica pueden ser negativas y como los factores sociales y culturales;
además del desarrollo tecnológico y su cobertura en el Perú, pueden ser un punto de apoyo
importante para el éxito de este aplicativo.

The objective of this Business Plan is to analyze the economic viability of creating an APP in
Peru. This will help students and parents with children at school or university to search for
teachers and contact them to receive reinforcement classes in various subjects quickly and
easily.
The value proposition of this project has two target audiences: the teachers who will be able
to offer their service in the application and the students or their parents who will be able to
find the best teachers to their learning needs.
The name of the application will be "Ticheame". This name is taken from the English phrase
"Teach me" which means teach me. With this, it is sought to achieve an easy memory and
positioning of the brand due to the relationship that this name has with the core of the
business.
They will be exposed in this academic paper as the factors of the general environment directly
affect the development of the project. It will, in effect, analyze how political instability and
economic uncertainty can be negative and how social and cultural factors; In addition to the
technological development and its coverage in Peru, they can be an important support point
for the success of this APP.
