The FARMATIL project "your children's pharmacy" was born by the demand and need to
consolidate pediatric specialty medicines in a single point, to provide the pediatrician and
pediatric subspecialist with greater flexibility and thus be able to find the medicines that allow
them to obtain the desired results in your patients. This business plan stands out with three
differentiators; Consolidation of the brand as the first Pediatric Specialty Pharmacy, producing
Magisterial Formulas (personalized drug formulations), and projecting itself with an online
presence through the implementation of the e-commerce platform to facilitate the process of
purchasing, dispatching and receiving in a neat manner , simple and reliable in their orders, in
this way the point of sale itself is located on the outskirts of the Roberto Gilbert Elizalde
hospital, the most recognized and largest pediatric hospital in Guayaquil, becoming only the
leader in manufacturing, distribution and a small warehouse of essential drugs. This FARMATIL
project is evaluated as viable since it tends to provide a high level of profitability over time;
and based on the economic and financial analysis, it is outlined to receive a monetary value in
excess of 131 million dollars of investment remuneration at an internal rate of return of 402%,
assuming economic and financial advantages compared to other scenarios.
