| dc.description | On October 6, 2017, the "Report of the Commission for the Analysis of the Current Situation of the Dependency System, its Sustainability and the Current Financing Mechanisms, to Evaluate its Adaptation to the Needs Associated with the Dependency" was published. This report describes the first ten years of operation of the current Dependency System. The analyzed indicators; degree of coverage of the system or effective provision, waiting lists, and costs of the system, show that for a system cost of € 7,986 million on December 31, 2016, eight months later, on August 31, 2017, 25% of the beneficiary persons entitled to benefit are on the waiting list, therefore the system has an effective provision of 75%. The purpose of this paper is to analyze if the information collected in the report is distributed equitably throughout the national territory, being the Dependency System universal and accessible to all Spaniards, regardless of their place of residence, or are questioned due to funding, waiting lists and the degree of coverage of the system. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El 6 de octubre del 2017 se pública el “Informe de la Comisión para el Análisis de la Situación actual del sistema de la Dependencia, de su Sostenibilidad y de los Actuales Mecanismos de Financiación, para Evaluar su Adecuación a las Necesidades Asociadas a la Dependencia”. Este informe nos describe los primeros diez años de puesta en marcha del actual del Sistema de Dependencia. Los indicadores analizados; grado de cobertura del sistema o prestación efectiva, listas de espera, y coste del sistema, nos muestran que para un coste del sistema de 7.986 millones de € a 31 de diciembre del 2016, ocho meses después, a 31 agosto del 2017, el 25% de las personas beneficiarias con derecho a prestación están en lista de espera, teniendo por tanto el sistema una prestación efectiva del 75%. El propósito de este trabajo es analizar si los datos recogidos en el informe se distribuyen de manera equitativa en todo el territorio nacional, siendo el Sistema de Dependencia universal y accesible para todos los españoles, independientemente de su lugar de residencia, o quedan cuestionados por la financiación, las listas de espera y el grado de cobertura del sistema. | es_ES |
