El
objetivo principal de este estudio es conocer las experiencias de la victimización secundaria
desde la óptica de las personas que intervienen profesionalmente en la resolución de un
conflicto dentro del sistema judicial actual. Los beneficios que se esp eran de este trabajo
consistirán, entre otros, en aportar conocimientos para el desarrollo del estudio de la
intervención con las personas víctimas de un delito.
De
los cuatro objetos de estudio de la Criminología, la víctima es el más tardío. Por ello, l a
Victimología es el área de la Criminología que requiere de mayor investigación n. Este estudio
fenomenológico tiene como propósito: analizar, desde la óptica de los profesionales que
intervienen con la población victimal, el paso de estas personas por el sistema judicial,
colaborando en este sentido al crecimiento del estudio e investigación en la Victimología
Procesal.
Descripción:
The
main objective of this study is to learn from the experiences of secondary victimisation
from the point of view of the professionals who work towards the resolution of a conflict
within the current judicial system. The expected benefits of these learnings will be, among
others, to provide insights to widen the knowledge about the victims of crime.
Out
of the four subjects in Criminology, the study of the victim is the one which developed
last. Therefore, Victimology is the area of Criminology that requires the most research. The
purpose of this phenomenological study is to analyse, from the perspective of the
professionals who work with the victims, the experience of these victims in the judicial system,
and thereby to improve the research into Procedural Vi ctimology.
