Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution, together with digitalization, is becoming a reality for workers and companies all over the world. For this reason, this research vandicates the importance and usefuln esl of la bor pedagogy and the pedagogue in the current uon texts of transformation. It also shows the contextualization and evolution of labor pedagogy and analyses its challenges in the digital era, from training and from the company, improving workers qualifications and the skills that allow them to adapt to new areas of knowledge. This dissertation shows how this discipline will remain as a link between education and work, and that will continue to respond to the needs of educational and socid practice, as well as to the changes produced by the digital era, which far from removing it from its functions, will increase the need for its existence.
