When an international element is added to this system, it is called transnational work. This international element requires that the legislation, jurisdiction and social security system applicable to these workers be determined.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl teletrabajo estudiado en este artículo es el sistema de trabajo por el que se prestan servicios retribuidos y por cuenta ajena en el lugar elegido por el trabajador. Cuando a este sistema se le añade un elemento internacional, pasa a denominarse trabajo transnacional. Este elemento internacional requiere que se realice la determinación de la legislación, el fuero y el sistema de seguridad social aplicable a estos trabajadores.es_ES
