| dc.description | These recent years we have been immersed in a difficult economic situation, this usually means the shutdown of companies and jobs destruction, however there is a business sector where companies are holding up to the economic difficulties imposed; sports. In particular, there is a sport that has managed to overcome the crisis, and increase its number of followers and with it a large number of related businesses. We refer to paddle tennis. The last few years there has been a trend to create new courts for this sport inside gyms, and even in industrial buildings where only this sport is practiced. This TFG will seek to study through a business plan the feasibility of creating some indoor courts in Seseña (Toledo). In order to do this, the external and internal environment of the company is analyzed, and a plan of operations, marketing and finance are developed. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Inmersos, durante estos últimos años, en una difícil coyuntura económica, en la que es habitual el cierre de empresas y destrucción de puestos de trabajo, hay un sector que está aguantando las dificultades económicas impuestas. Este sector es el deportivo. En especial, hay un deporte que ha sabido sortear la crisis, aumentando el número de aficionados y de negocios relacionados. Nos referimos al pádel. En estos últimos años, ha habido una tendencia a realizar pistas para su práctica en el interior de gimnasios, complejos e incluso naves industriales en las que solo se realiza este deporte. Este TFG tratará de estudiar, a través de un plan de empresa, la viabilidad de crear unas pistas indoor en Seseña (Toledo). Para ello, se analizará el entorno externo e interno de la empresa, se desarrollará un plan de operaciones, marketing y financiero. | es_ES |
