| dc.description | This final project aims to guide the reasons that lead a person to testify before a court in one way or another and all the surrounding circumstances. Thus, we analyze the mechanisms and functions of memory, will investigate the psychology of testimony and their characteristics referring to the main actor, who will be the witness and also in certain circumstances may be a victim. The interrogation and interview procedures will collect the testimony of the individual, which will verify that the cognitive interview is the best method to carry out this information collection .Finally, we discuss the role of the Security Forces in relation to the testimony: both as witnesses and investigators, and how to take out the collection of this information; the role of the underaged people in this procedure. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Este Trabajo Fin de Grado pretende orientar los motivos que llevan a una persona a testificar ante un tribunal de una manera u otra y todas las circunstancias que la rodean. Así pues, analizaremos los mecanismos y funciones de la memoria, indagaremos sobre la psicología del testimonio y sus características haciendo referencia al actor principal, que será el atestiguante y además en ciertas circunstancias podrá ser víctima. El interrogatorio y la entrevista serán los procedimientos de recoger el testimonio del individuo, en el cual comprobaremos que la entrevista cognitiva será el mejor de los métodos para llevar a cabo esta reunión de información. Finalmente, veremos el papel de las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad en relación al testimonio: tanto como testigos como investigadores, y cómo debe llevarse a cabo la recogida de esta información; sin olvidarnos de la figura que tiene el menor en todo este procedimiento. | es_ES |
