| dc.description | The present research work is entitled the human right to citizen security of particularly vulnerable people in Colombia, whose main objective is to design a legal strategy to strengthen the citizen security of the group of vulnerable people in the country guaranteeing their human and fundamental right to security, through research and investigation of statistical data on crime presented by government entities in terms of State security, it was determined that the human right to citizen security of vulnerable people in Colombia is not effectively guaranteed due to various factors, This leads to the conclusion that it is necessary to develop and implement a program from the central level aimed at the group of vulnerable people throughout the country to ensure its continuity and full coverage accompanied by legislation to strengthen the program and exercise control over the procedure until the final stage. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se titula el derecho humano a la seguridad ciudadana de personas especialmente vulnerables en Colombia, cuyo objetivo principal es diseñar una estrategia jurídica para fortalecer la seguridad ciudadana del colectivo de personas vulnerables en el país garantizando su derecho humano y fundamental a la seguridad, a través de la investigación e indagación de datos estadísticos de criminalidad presentados por las entidades gubernamentales en materia de seguridad del Estado se pudo determinar que no se garantiza con efectividad el derecho humano a la seguridad ciudadana de las personas vulnerables en Colombia debido a variados factores, lo que permite llegar a la conclusión que se hace necesario desarrollar e implementar un programa desde el nivel central dirigido al colectivo de personas vulnerables en todo el país que garantice su continuidad y cobertura total acompañado de una legislación acorde que fortalezca el programa y ejerza control al procedimiento hasta la etapa final. | es_ES |
