| dc.description | From a legal perspective, it is important to know how the assets that make up the patrimonial sphere will be distributed among the heirs, once the owner dies. In order to carry out an effective partition, it will be necessary to take into account each of the particular circumstances that constitute the case, since it is not an automatic process that always follows the same procedure. The procedure is different depending on the Autonomous Community in which the assets to be distributed are located, the testament that has been made or the number of heirs that exist, among others. All this is delimited by the different civil laws that coexist in the State, as well as by the jurisprudence founded so far, which will serve as a source of response to the approach of the case in question. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Desde una perspectiva jurídica, es relevante conocer cómo van a ser distribuidos los bienes que componen la esfera patrimonial entre los herederos una vez fallezca su titular. Para llevar a cabo una partición efectiva, habrá que tener en cuenta cada una de las circunstancias particulares que constituyen el caso, ya que no es un proceso automático que siga siempre un mismo trámite. El procedimiento es distinto en función de la Comunidad Autónoma en la que se encuentren los bienes que van a repartirse, del testamento que se haya realizado o del número de herederos que existan, entre otros. Todo ello se encuentra delimitado por las diferentes legislaciones civiles que coexisten en el Estado, así como por la jurisprudencia fundada hasta el momento, que servirán como fuente de respuesta al planteamiento del asunto en cuestión. | es_ES |
