| dc.description | This final degree project aims to express the evolution at the criminal level of the treatment given to Gender Violence or similar crime in the different Criminal Codes that have existed in Spain from the first published in 1822 to the present. These Codes have classified the most reprehensible behaviors, applying a sentence to each one of them. At the same time, it is intended to analyze the crime incidence of the crime of Gender Violence in the same period studied. To carry out both studies and analyze a possible connection or dependency, all the Criminal Codes that have existed in our legal system will be analyzed to verify the importance or dedication given by each of them to Gender Violence and an attempt will be made to study the criminal incidence of each type of crime in those periods of time. Once this comparison is made, it will be analyzed and an attempt will be made to check if there is any correlation pattern between the variables studied. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo de fin de grado pretende plasmar la evolución a nivel penal del tratamiento dado a la violencia de género o ámbito similar en los diferentes Códigos Penales que han existido en España desde el primero publicado en el año 1822 hasta el actual. Dichos Códigos han tipificado las conductas más reprochables aplicándoles a cada una de ellas una pena. A la vez se pretende analizar la incidencia de criminalidad del delito de violencia de género en el mismo periodo estudiado. Para realizar ambos estudios y analizar una posible conexión o dependencia, se analizarán todos los Códigos Penales que han existido en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico para comprobar la importancia o dedicación prestada por cada uno de ellos a la violencia de género y se intentará estudiar la incidencia criminal de cada tipo penal en dichos periodos de tiempo. Una vez se realice dicha comparativa, se analizará y se intentará comprobar si existe algún patrón de correlación entre las variables estudiadas. | es_ES |
