| dc.description | The purpose of this research is to seek the relationships and recognition existing in the laws in force of the countries of South America, as well as in the international conventions and treaties signed by the States, with respect to the Right to Self-Determination of Peoples and Indigenous Justice. In the same way, try to verify the evolution that the pre-named right has had through history; investigate organizations that represent indigenous peoples; like the control organisms created in the governmental and international instances to protect the right to the Free Determination of the Indigenous Peoples in South America. Likewise, verify and identify the procedures applied by the indigenous jurisdiction, the existing conflicts with the ordinary justice system and the legal guarantees for the respect of plurinationality, legal plurality and the Free Determination of Indigenous Peoples in South America. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene por objeto buscar las relaciones y el reconocimiento existentes tanto en las legislaciones vigentes de los países de América del Sur, como en los convenios y tratados Internacionales suscritos por los Estados, con respecto del Derecho a la Libre Determinación de los Pueblos y la Justicia Indígena. De igual manera trata de verificar la evolución que ha tenido el prenombrado derecho a través de la historia; investigar las organizaciones que representan a los pueblos indígenas; como los organismos de control creados en las instancias gubernamentales e internacionales para proteger el derecho a la Libre Determinación de los Pueblos Indígenas en América del Sur. Asimismo, verificar e identificar los procedimientos aplicados por la jurisdicción indígena, los conflictos existentes con la justicia ordinaria y las garantías legales para el respeto a la plurinacionalidad, la pluralidad jurídica y la Libre Determinación de los Pueblos Indígenas en América del Sur. | es_ES |
