| dc.description | The non-habitual residents regime, established by Portugal in 2009, has become one of the most attractives privileged regimes on the international scene. This situation, together with the geographical proximity and the likely future increase of the tax pressure in Spain, has turned the Portuguese regime into a big temptation for the Spanish contributor. Considering this phenomenon, is necessary to approach in a practical way how a Spanish contributor can break the links with his national tax authorities and relocate his tax residence to Portugal, in order to achieve the intended tax saving. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El régimen de residentes no habituales, establecido por Portugal en el 2009, se ha convertido en uno de los regímenes fiscales privilegiados más atractivos en el panorama internacional. Esta situación, unida a la proximidad geográfica y el probable crecimiento futuro de la presión fiscal en España, ha transformado al régimen luso en una gran tentación para los contribuyentes españoles con rentas más altas. Teniendo en cuenta este fenómeno, resulta necesario abordar de manera práctica de qué modo un contribuyente español puede romper los vínculos con el fisco de su país y trasladar su residencia fiscal a Portugal, consiguiendo así el ahorro fiscal pretendido. | es_ES |
