El proceso de internacionalización y expansión de nuestro negocio de apartamentos turísticos a otros mercados es el origen y el objeto de estudio y análisis en el presente proyecto. Apartamentos Sherry Center en Jerez de la Frontera, en explotación y con una experiencia de éxito, es el inicio del proceso de expansión de nuestro negocio. Pretendemos ubicarnos en el Eje Cafetero en Colombia, un mercado turístico con perspectivas de crecimiento y que nos permitiría en el futuro la expansión a otras zonas de la región. El conocimiento del sector de actividad y del negocio, un socio local de prestigio con habilidades comerciales y de gestión y el objetivo de seguir creciendo nos hacen plantear el presente proyecto. Con las características específicas del mercado al que nos dirigimos y con la adaptación necesaria, replicaremos nuestro modelo de negocio en este nuevo mercado.

The process of internationalization and expansion of our tourist apartments business to other markets is the origin and object of study and analysis in the present project. Sherry Center apartments in Jerez de la Frontera, in operation and with a successful experience, is the beginning of the process of expansion of our business. We intend to locate ourselves in the Coffee Hub in Colombia, a tourist market with prospects of growth and that would allow us in the future the expansion to other areas of the region. Knowledge of the activity and business sector, a local partner of prestige with commercial and management skills and the objective of continuing to grow, make us present this project. Bearing in mind the specific characteristics of the market we want to join and making the necessary adaptations, we will replicate our business model in this new market
