Resumen

Mobility, diffusivity and charge density in polyelectrolytes, are generally determined from electrochemical impedance spectroscopy following the electrode polarization analysis, in which at a given temperature the peaks in tan delta are fitted based on a model. These results can be different depending on the model used in the fitting of the curves. Generally, the models are based on a single Debye model or on the existence of an overlap in relaxation times (Cole-Cole model). In this work, we propose the alternative use of the distribution of the relaxation times by a distribution of the Debye length (L-D), which allows the calculation of parameters such as mobility, diffusivity, and charge density as a function of L-D in a more concise approach.
