El presente documento trata de formular un cambio desde el modelo de atención actual en el Servicio
de Neurología centrado en episodios, hacia una atención basada en procesos, que garantice la continuidad
asistencial más allá de los límites estrictos que supone un único servicio, integrando las actividades
en una o varias redes asistenciales.
