El presente trabajo pretende analizar la Responsabilidad Patrimonial de la
Administración como Institución Jurídica en el ámbito del urbanismo, y
especialmente, en la posible responsabilidad que hubieran podido incurrir las
distintas Administraciones Públicas en el caso de la construcción de un gran
complejo hotelero en el municipio de Carboneras en el litoral costero almeriense
en el Parque Natural Cabo de Gata-Nijar en el paraje denominado “El Algarrobico”.
Al día en que se inicia la redacción de este trabajo todavía no existe
pronunciamiento de los Tribunales a este respecto y más en concreto la Audiencia
Nacional acerca de la Responsabilidad Patrimonial de las distintas
Administraciones

The intention of this piece is to analyze the Patrimonial Responsibility of the
Administration as a Legal Institution in the field of urbanism in a general as well as a
specific way leading to the possible responsibility assumed by the different Public
Administrations in the case of the construction of a large hotel complex in the
municipality of Carboneras on the coast of Almeria in the Cabo de Gata-Nijar Natural
Park in a place called "El Algarrobico". As of the day of the drafting of this document,
there has still been no announcement from the Courts relating to this case and more
importantly from the National Court associated with the Patrimonial Responsibility of
the different Administrations.
