This paper highlights the influence of adolescence on building self-esteem and self-perception of these students, which are key features for their full development. Underlining how HC's students can address challenges with social-emotional functioning, just like every other teenager in the current social context. This program is designed for 3rd and 4th grade Secondary School students, covering ages between 14 and 16 years. It consists on nine activities, some of them taking place during multiple sessions. Every activity is designed in order to work directly with the student, main character of its own development. We will address issues such as self-esteem and assertiveness, while strengthening their social skills. Ultimately, the aim is to work together with the teaching community to achieve full inclusion for HC's students in regular classrooms. This program tries to provide knowledge, tools and strategies that enable these students to move towards a more inclusive and fair education.
