Resumen:
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo diseñar un programa formativo para trabajar la
frustración en el área de Educación Física, destinado al alumnado de sexto curso de Educación
Primaria. A través de una fundamentación teórica centrada en la educación emocional y en el
papel de la Educación Física como ámbito adecuado para el desarrollo del carácter, se indaga
en las causas de la frustración durante la actividad física y su impacto en el bienestar, la
motivación y el clima escolar. La parte práctica se estructura en ocho sesiones enfocadas en
impulsar la autorregulación emocional, la empatía y el respeto. Aunque el programa no ha
podido ser implementado por limitaciones de tiempo y contexto, se ha planteado un sistema
de evaluación que permitiría medir su impacto en situaciones reales. Como principal
conclusión, se detecta la necesidad de integrar la educación emocional como eje transversal
en el área de práctica deportiva, por su capacidad para generar aprendizajes significativos,
reforzar las relaciones interpersonales y contribuir al desarrollo integral del estudiante.

This work aims to design a training program to address frustration in the field of Physical
Education, targeted at sixth-grade Primary Education students. Through a theoretical
foundation focused on emotional education and on the role of Physical Education as an
appropriate setting for character development, the causes of frustration during physical
activity and its impact on well-being, motivation, and the school climate are explored. The
practical part is structured into eight sessions aimed at promoting emotional self-regulation,
empathy, and respect. Although the program could not be implemented due to time and
contextual constraints, an evaluation system has been proposed to measure its potential
impact in real conditions. As the main conclusion, the need to integrate emotional education
like a cross-curricular element inside the area of physical practice is identified, due to its
capacity to generate meaningful learning, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and
contribute to the holistic development of students.
