En un contexto actual donde las crisis pueden surgir en cualquier momento, las instituciones se enfrentan a desafíos únicos ante la gestión de estas situaciones. Este estudio se centra en la elaboración de una guía o manual para el desarrollo de un Plan de Comunicación de Crisis enfocado en el sector cultural catalán.
Por otro lado, este será adaptable según las características y necesidades de cada institución. Así pues, se busca proporcionar una guía de identificación temprana y de respuesta para estas instituciones y poder prevenir y abordar las necesidades de las instituciones del ámbito cultural ante cualquier problema que se puedan encontrar en la actualidad.
Al explorar diversos aspectos teóricos, desde la gestión de crisis hasta la comunicación organizacional y ética, este trabajo propone un enfoque holístico para la prevención, actuación y recuperación de una industria cultural frente a posibles situaciones adversas.
Este estudio no solo pretende ofrecer una herramienta teórica para enfrentar crisis en el ámbito cultural, sino que también trata de destacar la importancia de la anticipación y la adaptabilidad frente a lo inesperado ante una situación adversa que pueda atravesar cualquier institución cultural, así como claves y recomendaciones frente a estos hechos.

In a current context where crises can arise at any moment, institutions face unique challenges in managing these situations. This study focuses on developing a guide or manual for creating a Crisis Communication Plan centered on the Catalan cultural sector.
Additionally, this plan will be adaptable according to the characteristics and needs of each institution. Thus, it aims to provide a guide for early identification and response for these institutions, enabling them to prevent and address the general needs of cultural institutions in the face of any current adversity.
By exploring various theoretical aspects, from crisis management to organizational and ethical communication, this work proposes a holistic approach for the prevention, action, and recovery of a cultural industry facing potential adverse situations.
This study not only aims to offer a theoretical tool to address crises in the cultural field but also seeks to highlight the importance of anticipation and adaptability in the face of the unexpected in any adverse situation that a cultural institution might encounter, as well as key strategies and recommendations for dealing with these events.
