It is in human condition to experience well-being; persons have many essential experiences of being well and are also able of making a well-being synthesis, usually in terms of being satisfied with their life. Human beings can also report their satisfaction in specific domains of life. The experience of being well is essential to human beings because it allows them to ponder vital decisions and to undertake particular actions. The best way of knowing these experiences of being well is by directly asking people.
