Elaboración de Informe Social sobre el tratamiento profesional para la reinserción familiar, en el que se notifica la situación de grave riesgo de tres hermanos menores, pertenecientes a una unidad familiar multiproblemática, con antecedentes en su progenitora de medidas de protección, de maltrato familiar infantil, de violencia de género, de prostitución, de abuso de drogas, de problemas de salud mental, de intentos de autolisis y de separaciones traumáticas. Interviene un equipo multidisciplinar, llamado Equipo de Tratamiento Familiar, equipo innovador en la zona sur de España, perteneciente al Equipo de Menores de los Servicios Sociales Comunitarios de un Ayuntamiento. El trabajo en este caso social se lleva a cabo en coordinación con otros organismos, tales como: el Centro de Salud, la Escuela, el Hospital, las Fuerzas de Seguridad y el Servicio de Protección de Menores. El objetivo de esta intervención es prevenir la separación de los menores de su núcleo familiar. El equipo profesional, finalmente, declara la situación de desamparo de estos niños y la retirada de la tutela de los padres, ya que ellos no han tenido la voluntad de participar en el cambio en positivo de sus circunstancias, a pesar de que el equipo le estaba facilitando las pautas rehabilitadoras necesarias.

Social reporting on vocational training for family reintegration, informing on the high-risk situation of three children who are siblings among them. They belong to a multiproblematic family with a history of protective measures in their mother, child abuse, gender violence, prostitution, drug abuse, mental health issues with several suicide attempts, traumatic couple separation. A multidisciplinary team is involved in this, so-called family treatment team, which is an innovative team in the south of Spain, who belong to the Minors Services of Community Social Services, at City Hall. The work of this social case is carried out in coordinating with other agencies such as: The Heath Centre, the School, the Hospital, the Policy and the Child Protective Services. The objective of the intervention was preventing the separation of minors from their family. The team finally declares the situation of abandonment of these children and removal of parental custody, since they haven´t wished to participate in the positive change of their lives, in spite of the team was making it easier from them the rehabilitation guidelines they needed.
