Propuesta de intervención con enfoque inclusivo dirigida al reconocimiento de las subjetividades y al diálogo comunitario en el marco de la enseñanza de la Filosofía en la Educación Media

El presente trabajo está basado en el reconocimiento de la subjetividad como principal aspecto inclusivo en las instituciones educativas, extendiendo dicho reconocimiento al otro como ser válido. Este proyecto se construye bajo una implementación integral mediante metodologías activas que ponen en el centro del proceso de construcción de conocimiento al estudiante desde cuatro pilares fundamentales: El ser, el aprender, el hacer y el convivir. El objetivo de la propuesta consiste en generar un clima de inclusión y diálogo dentro de la Institución Educativa El Salvador mediante la apropiación activa del conocimiento por parte de los estudiantes, utilizando un enfoque existencial, metacognitivo e intersubjetivo para incrementar su motivación y participación mientras se reconocen, y reconocen al otro como parte fundamental de su proceso de aprendizaje. Este trabajo utiliza aportes del existencialismo y de la pedagogía de la alteridad para invitar a docentes, estudiantes y familias a un proceso de autoconocimiento y conocimiento del otro a través de actividades de reflexión, diálogos, acuerdos y socialización dirigidos a visibilizar las diferencias dentro de la comunidad educativa y sus valiosos aportes a un proceso de aprendizaje activo mediante la transversalización de un proyecto de aula a iniciar desde la enseñanza de la filosofía.

The present work is based on the recognition of subjectivity as the main inclusive aspect in educational institutions, extending this recognition to the other as being valid. This project is built under a comprehensive implementation through active methodologies that place the student at the center of the knowledge construction process from four fundamental pillars: Being, learning, doing and living together. The objective of the proposal is to generate a climate of inclusion and dialogue within the Educational Institution El Salvador through the active appropriation of knowledge by students, using an existential, metacognitive and intersubjective approach to increase their motivation and participation while recognizing themselves, and recognize the other as a fundamental part of their learning process. This work uses contributions from existentialism and the pedagogy of alterity to invite teachers, students and families to a process of self-knowledge and knowledge of the other through activities of reflection, dialogues, agreements and socialization aimed at making visible the differences within the educational community and its valuable contributions to an active learning process through the mainstreaming of a classroom project to start from the teaching of philosophy.
