El barrio de El Cabanyal sito en Valencia, España, ha experimentado un fuerte proceso
de desorganización social influyendo en los residentes y sus dinámicas sociales, propiciando
la decadencia social y el deterioro socioambiental que contribuye a la persistencia de la
problemática. Se trata de analizar las causas que han originado el problema desde un punto
de vista ambiental mediante la aplicación de estrategias multidimensionales que mejoren y
refuercen las relaciones entre residentes y asociaciones vecinales con las instituciones,
públicas y privadas, creación de espacios diferenciados funcionales, eficientes y seguros
mediante un diseño arquitectónico idóneo, así como estrategias sociales que aborden la raíz
de la problemática desde enfoque interdisciplinar.
Descripción:
The neighborhood of El Cabanyal located in Valencia, Spain, has experienced a strong
process of social disorganization influencing residents and its social dynamics, leading to
social decline and socio-environmental decline that contributes to the persistence of the
problem. It is a question of analyzing the causes that have caused the problem from an
environmental point of view by applying multidimensional strategies improve and
strengthen relations between residents and neighborhood associations with the institutions
creating functional, efficient and safe differentiated spaces through an ideal architectural
design, as well as social strategies that address the root of the problem from an
interdisciplinary approach.
