| dc.description | Truck drivers face different challenges during the course of their work: they spend many days away from home and have to cover their basic needs (rest, food and security against theft and robbery) while complying with the rigid schedules demanded by the profession and the lack of resources. This work presents a proposal for the design of a mobile application based on the User-Centred Design methodology that offers relevant information for decision-making during their working day. This will be achieved by means of an updated database of sites of interest and the creation of a community of users. To this end, the following has been carried out: analysis of the situation (SWOT-CAME analysis, PESTEL and competitive benchmarking); in-depth interview and definition of the User Persona; specification of requirements; creation of a high-fidelity prototype and, finally, an A/B test on specific aspects of the prototype. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Los conductores de camión se enfrentan a diferentes retos durante la realización de su trabajo: pasan muchos días fuera de casa y han de cubrir sus necesidades básicas (descanso, alimentación y seguridad ante robos y atracos) mientras cumplen con la rigidez de horarios que exige la profesión y la falta de recursos. Este trabajo presenta una propuesta de diseño de aplicación móvil basada en la metodología de Diseño Centrado en el Usuario que ofrece información relevante para la toma de decisiones durante su jornada mediante una base de datos actualizada de sitios de interés y la creación de una comunidad de usuarios. Para ello se han realizado: análisis de la situación (análisis DAFO-CAME, PESTEL y benchmarking competitivo); entrevista en profundidad y definición del Usuario Persona; especificación de requerimientos; realización de prototipo en alta fidelidad y, finalmente, un test A/B sobre aspectos concretos del prototipo. | es_ES |
