| dc.description | The new Argentine narrative written by women has taken up the roots of the foundational work of their country: horror and the fantastic. From the work of Mariana Enríquez, Agustina Bazterrica and Samantha Schweblin, it is possible to establish relationships with those of Esteban Echeverría, Domingo Faustino Sarmiento or José Mármol, authors who denounced state terrorism in the Rosista era. As well as the Borgian lines or the influence of Cortázar. These contemporary authors lead a literature that evidences the social strangeness and the themes of being. Homosexuality, marginality, mental illness, new types of motherhood, the body, to name a few. Each author's work has her own style and way of integrating the components of horror and fantastic literature. However, they share a common denominator: they are daughters of the dictatorship of Jorge Rafael Videla (1976-1983). It is from the years of dictatorship and the foundational literature that these authors have been nourished to lay the foundations of a new horror and fantastic fiction that is booming. | dc.description.abstract | La nueva narrativa argentina escrita por mujeres ha retomado las raíces de la obra fundacional de su país: el terror y lo fantástico. Desde la obra de Mariana Enríquez, Agustina Bazterrica y Samantha Schweblin se pueden establecer relaciones con las de Esteban Echeverría, Domingo Faustino Sarmiento o José Mármol, autores que denunciaron el terrorismo de estado en la época Rosista. Al igual que las líneas borgianas o la influencia de Cortázar. Estas autoras contemporáneas lideran una literatura que evidencia lo extraño social y los temas del ser. Homosexualismo, marginalidad, enfermedades mentales, nuevos tipos de maternidad, el cuerpo, por citar algunos. La obra de cada autora tiene su propio estilo y manera de integrar los componentes del terror y lo fantástico. Sin embargo, comparte un denominador común: son hijas de la dictadura de Jorge Rafael Videla (1976- 1983). De los años de dictadura y de la literatura fundacional es que esas autoras se han alimentado para sentar las bases de una nueva ficción de terror y fantástica que está en pleno auge.
